Empowering women and youth with skills, confidence, and opportunities to lead independent, self-sufficient lives.
Empowering women and youth is central to the vision of Mansha Educational, Cultural, Welfare Society. Through this initiative, we aim to build confidence, independence, and employability among women and young individuals from underprivileged backgrounds. We organize skill development workshops in areas like tailoring, beauty care, handicrafts, and basic computer operation, which help them gain marketable skills. We also encourage the formation of women-led Self-Help Groups (SHGs) to foster financial independence and support small-scale entrepreneurship. For the youth, we provide personality development, communication training, and career counselling to prepare them for a productive future. By connecting them with government schemes, legal rights education, and digital tools, we create a path for long-term empowerment and leadership.
Skill Development Workshops: Tailored training for women and youth in tailoring, beauty services, handicrafts, computer skills, and entrepreneurship.

Youth Leadership Programmes: Conduct personality development, communication, and career guidance sessions.
