Promoting physical and reproductive health, menstrual hygiene, and disease prevention for women.

Mansha Society’s Women’s Health & Hygiene program addresses the critical health needs of women, particularly those from low-income and rural backgrounds. The programme organizes regular health check-up camps focusing on reproductive health, anaemia, menstrual hygiene, and common diseases. We partner with medical professionals to conduct gynecological screenings, breast and cervical cancer awareness sessions, and distribute free sanitary napkins and hygiene kits. By fostering open conversations around menstruation and health taboos, we aim to break social stigmas and promote better self-care. Our goal is to ensure that every woman has access to the information and services necessary for a healthy and dignified life.


Programme Details:

  • Free Health Camps: Regular gynecology and general health checkups for rural and urban poor women.

  • Menstrual Hygiene Awareness: Workshops in schools and communities; distribution of sanitary napkins and hygiene kits.

  • Cancer Screening Camps: Organize cervical and breast cancer screening in collaboration with health professionals.

  • Health Rights Education: Inform women about government health schemes, maternity rights, and medical entitlements.
